Blower Door Testing
Testing of older homes can be a huge benefit to homeowners so they can lower their energy bills. We will provide you with valuable information for you to conduct proper air sealing practices of your home. Thus, lowering your energy bill.
DET Verification
We Verify new homes are built in compliance to 2009 IECC new Duct and Envelope test requirements which go into affect Jan 1, 2011, providing the documentation needed to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy to sell your new home.
Home Performance Contracting
In this service we will hire an independent firm to perform an energy audit for your home. We will work with the audit firm to recommend solutions to reduce energy cost while increasing the comfort of your home. We then will complete the scope of work based on the audit recommendations and affordability.
Home Weatherization
This includes a Blower Door Test and basic weatherization measures based on air sealing and health and safety measures that are currently being implemented by the Dept. of Energy.
